Using this Website, purchasing our package, or communicating with us does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

3. LIMITATIONS OF REMOTE PRE-TRAVEL CONSULTATION / 赴华前远程咨询的局限性

Non-Binding Evaluations: Any remote opinion, hospital feedback, or diagnostic guidance routed through this platform prior to your travel constitutes a “Second Opinion” or “Preliminary Assessment” based strictly and solely on the digitized documents you provided.

非约束性评估：在您赴华前通过本平台获得的任何远程意见、医院反馈或诊疗指导，均仅构成基于您所提供的数字化材料的“第二诊疗意见”或“初步评估”。

Final On-Site Diagnosis Prevails: All remote assessments are non-binding. The final medical diagnosis, eligibility for specific procedures, and final treatment plans must be determined in person by licensed physicians upon your physical arrival at the hospital in China. The Chinese hospital reserves the right to reject admission or modify treatment plans upon face-to-face clinical examination.

以现场最终诊断为准：所有远程评估均不具有约束力。最终的医学诊断、是否符合特定手术/治疗的条件以及最终治疗方案，必须在您实际抵达中国医院后，由中国执业医生进行面对面检查后最终确定。中国医院保留在面对面临床检查后修改治疗方案或拒绝接收用户的权利。

4. COMPLIANCE & DATA TRANSFERS (GDPR & HIPAA ALIGNMENT) / 数据隐私与跨国数据传输

User-Initiated Cross-Border Transfer: By uploading medical records, scans, images, and clinical histories to our platform, you explicitly consent to the cross-border transfer of your sensitive health data to China for the sole purpose of receiving hospital evaluations and routing.

用户主动的跨国数据传输：通过向我们的平台上传病历、影像、图片和临床病史，您明确同意将其敏感健康数据跨国传输至中国，该传输仅用于获取中国医院评估和信息对接之目的。

Privacy Acknowledgment: We implement industry-standard encryption to secure your data during transmission. However, you acknowledge and agree that data protection and health privacy laws in China may differ from the standards established under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the United States’ Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

5. FIXED-FEE PACKAGE, STRIPE PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY / 固定套餐费、Stripe支付与退款政策

Flat-Fee Package Structure: The fee specified on our checkout page is a fixed, non-divisible, flat-fee package. This fee strictly covers the digital administrative overhead of: (i) professional translation of your uploaded English/foreign medical records into Chinese, (ii) administrative alignment with selected Chinese medical experts, and (iii) the electronic delivery of your digital Guidance & Routing Report. It does not contain any hospital registration, diagnostic, or treatment costs.

固定套餐费结构：结账页面指定的费用为固定、不可拆分的单笔套餐费。该费用严格仅用于支付以下数字行政支持开支：(i) 将您上传的英文或其他外文病历专业翻译为中文，(ii) 与所选中国医疗专家进行行政对接，以及 (iii) 交付一份数字化的《就医导引报告》。该费用不包含任何中国医院的挂号费、诊断费或治疗成本。

Stripe Transaction Name: All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement under the merchant descriptor: [CN Health]. Please recognize this descriptor to avoid accidental dispute filings.

Stripe交易商户名称：所有支付均通过 Stripe 安全处理。扣款将以商户对账单名称【CN Health】显示在您的银行或信用卡对账单上。请务必识别此名称，以避免误提起争议。

Strict Refund Rules / 严格的退款规则:

Before Processing: If you cancel your request BEFORE we begin translating your records or routing them to Chinese medical experts, a full refund (minus credit card/Stripe processing fees) will be issued upon written request.

处理开始前：如果您在我们的团队开始翻译您的病历或将其对接给中国医疗专家之前提出取消申请，我们在收到您的书面申请后将予以全额退款（需扣除信用卡/Stripe支付网关手续费）。

After Processing Commences: Once our translation or hospital coordination process has initiated, the fee becomes 100% non-refundable.

处理开始后：一旦翻译或医院对接流程已经启动，该服务费即转为100%不可退还。

No Refunds for Medical Disagreements: Refunds will NOT be granted because you disagree with the preliminary medical feedback from the Chinese hospital, or because the Chinese hospital determines after document review that you are unfit for travel or treatment. Our service is deemed fully delivered upon the electronic transmission of the Guidance & Routing Report, regardless of the medical conclusions therein.

不对医疗意见分歧退款：本网站不会因为您不赞同中国医院给出的初步医疗反馈，或中国医院在审阅材料后评估认为您不适合旅行/接受治疗，而给予任何退款。一旦我们通过电子方式向您发送了《就医导引报告》，无论报告中的医学结论如何，均视为我们的服务已完全交付。

No Chargebacks or Reversals: By completing your purchase via Stripe, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks, dispute claims, or payment reversals with your credit card company or banking institution under the pretext of changing your mind, travel delays, or dissatisfaction with the clinical opinions rendered by the independent third-party hospitals.

禁止恶意拒付或撤销：通过 Stripe 完成购买即表示您同意，绝不以改变主意、行程延误或对独立第三方医院给出的临床评估意见不满意为由，向您的信用卡公司或银行金融机构提起任何恶意拒付、争议申诉或撤回款项。

6. STRICT EXCLUSION OF OFFLINE LOGISTICS / 严格排除一切线下物流行程服务

No Travel Services: Our services are 100% digital and online. This Website does not provide, arrange, or assist with international flights, entry visas into China, airport pickups, local hotel accommodations, or physical in-hospital translation accompanying services. Users are solely responsible for all travel arrangements, logistics, and legal compliance regarding entry into China.

不提供旅行/线下服务：我们的服务100%为数字化线上服务。本网站不提供、不安排也不协助办理国际机票、赴华入境签证、机场接送、当地酒店住宿或医院现场的随同翻译陪同服务。所有行程安排、物流以及符合中国入境法律的合规责任完全由用户自行负责。

7. GOVERNING LAW & EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION / 法律适用与唯一管辖权

Governing Law: These Terms, your use of the Website, and any digital facilitation services provided shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

法律适用：本条款、您对本网站的使用以及我们提供的任何数字化线上促进服务，均应受中华人民共和国法律管辖并依其解释，不考虑冲突法原则。

Exclusive Forum: Any dispute, controversy, or legal claim arising out of or relating to our online services, billing, or these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in [Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, China]. You hereby waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue and explicitly agree to exclude the jurisdiction of any foreign courts, including those in your home country.

唯一管辖法院：因我们的线上服务、计费或本条款引起的或与之相关的任何争议、纠纷或法律索赔，应排他性地提交至【江苏省苏州工业园区人民法院】审理。您在此放弃对该管辖权或审判地点的任何异议，并明确同意排除任何外国法院（包括您本国法院）的管辖权。

Language Priority: These Terms are executed in English. In the event of any discrepancy, translation mismatch, or ambiguity between the English version and any other translated version (including Chinese), the Chinese version maintained in our corporate records shall be the final authority on interpretation.

语言优先效力：本条款以英文版本执行。如果英文版本与任何其他翻译版本（包括中文版本）之间存在任何不一致、翻译错配或歧义，应以我们公司内部档案中保存的中文版本作为最终的解释和认定依据。
